Where to get a good offshore VPS from?

I'm looking for a good offshore VPS.
I won't be buying it now but I'm just looking.

I need a VPS that is offshore, preferrably hosted in Netherlands,
DMCA complaints must be ignored.

Needs to be able to host many users online at once,
up to 800 for now.

I need about 20 GB Disk space and about 500 GB bandwidth,
of course its not all for one site, but maybe 5 sites will be hosted on the server.

Just thought I would say that anyone offers no content restrictions wont last long, expecially in the NL.

Child Porn is illegal every where.

You use them? Their NL servers suck I hear.

They didn't have any available from NL when I ordered. I've used them for a couple of months with fast speeds and no downtime.
