but question is, how do you buy hosting from them?
And what do they offer.

I email'ed them but never got a reply back.

No, I've never tried Shinjiru. If you mean have I tried Piradius, I don't think you can host with them yourself, you'd either have to colocate in their datacenter or buy bandwidth directly from them. Or you could buy a server from Shinjiru and hope you get placed in Piradius datacenter (maybe they'd let you choose which datacenter, as I said I've never bought hosting from them).
