What was your last mod u installed?

Ultimate SEO url mod, but things were going well after that. Noticed this just now

Probably it messed the coding a little so i do not know the exact problem,if i am right you must re-do the changes if they were manual,there is possibility if you have other mods,not to be compatible together.

But I've been using the SEO mod for sometime, and never got any issue...

is the phpbb_seo/cache folder needing a chmod 777
delete the files inside phpbb_seo/cache folder.
delete your phpbb cache from acp

so

Permission denied

= set permission to 777 or 755 what ever is needed

Failed opening '/phpbb_seo/cache/phpbb_cache.php

= look for this it must me missing or some coding prob

hence not generated = Not able to open ./cache/data_global.php

soo we know u some what moded index.php and messed up some coding

or u missed a doc Or perm problem

And there aretwo files in phpbbseo/cache, namely, phpbb_cache.php and phpbb_cache.php.current. Should I delete both of them?

disable all mods and if error goes away install the mods back again 1 by 1 see if that fixes it
