I'd like to buy a Windows RDP account where I could connect/download stuff from Usenet, $25 per month or less, unmetered, at least 30 GB HD.

The last RDP account I bought couldn't connect to Usenet. I kept receiving a "could not connect" error. I could connect just fine at my home computer.

How does one connect to Usenet using a VPS/RDP account? Does the "unable to connect" error have something to do with the fact that SABnzbd (a web-based usenet client) uses http://localhost:8080/ ?
