What is the problem?

you not tryed getting into your main control panel or try using ssh to see if it connects

acording to your ip i tested it says it working

so maybe you need to do a reboot unless theres a problem with the actual vps

ok did you get a solvum control panel if so reboot from there if not you going to after use ssh to reboot

Dear sir,

I can see that your VPS seems to work, i suggest email scopehosts and they check for you the issue, could be that you have exceeded the bandwidth limit or, may be you are suspended for some reason.

Just open a support ticket and they would get back to you.
