    I dont know about HK, i've got few notices on warezbb (which is hosted in hk) about deleting my threads because of DMCA complains in HK...
    and NL you say... i dont know why i havent read this few hours ago when i've bought hosting located in germany... oh well i can only hope i wont have dmca problems for a month until i clearout my exams
