What's wrong with *****?

Few days ago, I found my site got demoted to 2* from 3* in *****, and I couldn't think of any reason. My submissions now have improved a lot than the time when I got the 3*, and I didn't even get any mail from them about the reason of demotion. So I mailed them myself, but gosh, no reply
By the way, I always have all linkbacks needed.
What might have happened? Any idea?
