if ur previous rating was done a month ago, then u can surely ask for a re-rate.

You should ask for a re-rate if you were re-rated more than one month ago.

PS: I've seen you are using my null You should look in katz or IPBSource and upgrade to my latest null to fix some issues in IP.Board 3.0.5

weps its been a month i had ask rerate and i was banned because i had ph@ze blinking txt in my header!i wana know if i can ask a rerate this month?
