ok so my idea is to take a script like WOT

then i want to add a Web Help Forum for people
to get forum and web site building help
Coding help
GFX help
all while having a place to list trusted websites
and Web Hosts

and a calculator that takes your web sites stats and estimates whats it worth

so basically a shit ton of work
so will need help with finding all the scripts and inter grading it all into 1 web site

On Topic:

Have you a domain in mind. Also that's a lot of scripts your planning on. Sure, most of them are widely available for free but it's a lot of working integrating them together to make them look nice and work well. How are you going to do it? Have them all on different subdomains? It seams like your not exactly sure what you want so your trying to do everything. Generally super sites like this that do everything don't work. I'd drop the proxy and image host for starters. You can add them later if you want.

You won't get deviantart as it's custom but you could try something like http://www.boonex.com/ as you can just remove most of the features on the index and leave the photos so it's pretty much the same as deviantart.
