with cpalead and related affiliate programs it's best to target not-so-knowledgeable people of the internet. i don't think warez would be a decent place to attempt to profit with cpalead.

facebook and youtube are definitely profitable websites for any and all affiliate programs, including cpalead. just setup a webpage that seems like it has remotely interesting content... for youtube i have a number of popular videos, i just link a website with lyrics, mp3 download, etc and add cpalead to the page, and zing, few grand from just my youtube account.

welp that's all the tips i'll provide for now!
