No, Germany will take your host down If you receive a DCMA alert. Like AbaDe said host it in Netherlands or Hong Kong

Netherlands offer the best prices and connection, but is the least secure, Russia offers worst prices and connection, but is the most secure. Hong-Kong is average on both.

You can get in legal problems only if you are giving access to someone to stream new animes, old ones can't get you in problems are most of those companies don't give a shit about them, as long as you go with vision of escaflowne,aika,golden boy,cowboy bebop,lupin III,X the series,dr slump,db,dbz,dbgt,wedding peach,inu yasha,ranma, etc... You'll be ok.

It's not about country at all, if someone wants you down, they'll bring you down.
