Ubuntu has a problem with screen resolutions and fonts/text.
Only hope I can give you is that, this will has been fixed for 9.04, so wait until that is released and upgradeRyan Reviewed by Ryan on . Ubuntu Display Help Well, I just made the change from Windows XP to the newest Ubuntu. Everything is running fine, including Photoshop CS2 and such, but my only problem is the way fonts are displayed. I screwed around with the font settings and got them a bit better, and I even imported the entire Windows fonts folder from my backup, but it's still funky. Bold zeros look all pixely and blurry. Any one know why this happens or a way to fix it? Thanks. Rating: 5I started off with nothing, and I still have most of it left!!
