Now I am going to explain. I need someONE, to code and design a website CMS. It is for sharing Movie warez from Bollywood and Hollywood. I should be the only one who should be able to upload/share movies. I want a bridged username system with the foums.. I will probably add Application, Games etc. later on.

For the username system.. People who will register, will be able to rate movies and report dead links etc. I need to keep the CMS settings simle, Just add names, pics and several filesharing links, all in different boxes.

If you can give me ideas, let me know.

It will be better if the coder and graphics designer is 1 person.
