RL requires you to enter details in accounts.php

Entering account details in config.php is quite safe and hassle free. I don't see a point in changing a core functionality that does not need any improvements

Agree with lifetalk on this one. If you want that as a personal modification, you can do it yourself or ask a programmer for help
