many Good scripts like WCDDL, DDLCMS are already available. And they are being working from long time so paid script would fail against them

If you start getting suggestions to new features here your script won't be unique for long as others will also use those features. If you want to earn money on a new script (imo) you should at least get the suggestions yourself.

DDL Script like JmZ's are too simple to code and people think because they have the skill to do it they want the world to see, but you wont get no where,

In my humble opinion I think it would be a better idea to fork one of the existing scripts and improve upon those rather than starting from scratch just because you can.

you say that you want to learn and my point meerly was releasing it would not be a great thing, create it.. and then ask people to comment and rate it, test out code etc but don't release it as w.e because it wont go anywhere.
