Multi Poster Registration Problem

Hey guys iv got a problem i purchased multiposter licence from http://www.extremecoderz.com and it said that i will get my account set up in max 12 hours from purchase however its been 24h now and i haven't got a single email from them i sent message with quick question form on their website but also no answer... Allot of people recommended me to buy mp from them so does anyone have idea why i haven't got any response or is there any other way to contact them?

i waited for 25 days......... no reply. Opened dispute in paypal. He even not replied there. So, paypal refunded me.
