forumflare.comFUCK THE POLICE.
I mean who gives a shit if a mod has special advantages, they should have the right to since they are the ones banning bitches who scam. What do they get in return for being so awesome?
I wouldn't mind if Loget stickied his own thread to get more attention, he deserves it from the hours he spent here keeping things clean and less chaotic..

According to this rule I can't delete remarks like "You don't kno shit" from my own threads, thats the problem here. I have no problem with constructive criticism. I'll show you an example of how frustrating this rule is:
- I make a thread selling something
- Somebody replies "you fucking noob, you don't kno shit"
- I'm not "allowed" to delete it; why? Who knows
- I report the post(s)
- It gets deleted by another moderator
What a waste of my time and the other moderator's.
So your saying to keep troll posts like "fuck you loget" up? Even though they contribute nothing of value to a thread, just for the sake of "freedom of speech".

forumflare.com"Freedom of Speech" doesn't apply to the internet, Prazky.
You may have the power to say whatever the fuck you want but that doesn't go without consequences. Whoever owns the website and his staff hold all the power and enforce all the rules. I have no idea why you are arguing with a moderator, you guys are going to be put on his bas side when maybe when you do make a mistake, it makes you appear to have meant "x" comment in a bad why know that you've been a dick in other threads.
Also I like pomegranate.

Exel, so what your saying is I should suck a mod's dick and nod my head in agreement to whatever a mod says even if I don't agree with it just to be in his good books? That's like being the typical school nerd who gets bullied around by everyone.
In that case, I am sorry to say I don't suck up to anyone, not on the internet and not in the real life either. If somebody doesn't like my frank comments, that's not my problem. Opinion are bound to differ and if someone can't handle that, he/she has issues. I don't insult anyone unnecessarily but I don't praise anyone just like that either.

L337Fx.com BeastieBay.netI didn't read every reply, I'm just giving my opinion
Well, moderators should be given minor right to delete replies in their threads if the flaming is beyond the limit.
Example :
A moderators make a thread of selling a template and someone replies "It looks like fugly shit, if do this it'll look nice". Now, this reply can be considered as a flame or general view reply. This is the point, where the moderator should let the other staff decide whether to delete the reply or not.
I may think that the reply was to flame me, but on the other hand its not like that.
So, the "EGO" comes in between which is a major problem when you become a staff or you get superior powers.
Its like, a Court Justice (Judge) is going to make a decision for himself whether he should be jailed or not for a crime.
When you are going to do some business in the B&S section, then you (the thread maker) must be treated as normal member and not as staff. So, he must report posts to other staff members to get it deleted.
Nice going KWWH !ya for this rule

wrzc.orgLoget these rules were in the Staff area for a whole month and you didn't bother to reply once. If you had bothered to read the thread at all it states your allowed in exceptional cases to delete replies which clearly and obviously brake rules.
With the exception of two RS accounts you haven't made a single sales topic in over a year. This rule was mostly for MrPeanut who's being having lots of trouble in his sales threads. If you weren't so self centered you'd notice this however do as you please if you so wish. I don't mind.

Thanks happy beat me to it, it was majority vote you don't like it, well to bad. As happy said if it is a black aand white situation feel free to remove it, however in most cases report. You should join the blue guys who did most of the work on this and should of gave your input. As happy said this rule really doesnt affect you so please stop crying lol.
Now like I said before these new rules are not to be focused on staff's power yet what we are allowed to buy and what we are not allowed to buy. The way the rules before were anything could be sold, now there are more guidelines as to what is allowed to be sold and how to make a thread (info to add) to sell it.Please follow signature rules

@MrHappy: "Post your things that are allowed to be sold?" was the thread title in the staff section, maybe it should of been renamed to "New marketplace rules"? That way it would of gotten my attention. The first few posts in that thread had nothing to do with rules and only in pages 2-3 did you guys actually discuss the "mods can't moderate sales thread" rule.
@Deleted: Giving my opinion on something isn't "crying". The old rules worked fine and were short and easy to understand, don't fix what isn't broken.
Honestly if you expect members to fully read and understand this then your out of your mind:
KWWHunction is a Web Site dedicated to Web Site users and their related services and products. Therefore only website related products and services are allowed to be purchased or sold. The following rules are in addition to the general forum rules and are for the benefit of the community.
If you are not the owner of the product of service you are selling you must mention and link to that person/company. You may be required to post proof of resale rights where you are not the original owner.
Selling a Domain
The seller must provide proof they are the owner of the domain. This can consist of a file uploaded to the sellers server saying his name/username and a message stating it is for sale or a screenshot of the domain in the sellers registrar account if the domain is parked.
The name of the registrar where the domain is hosted. eg goDaddy, name.com, namecheap etc. and when it is due to expire must also be posted in the sales topic.
Selling a Web Site
The same requirements as selling a domain apply with the additional below:
It is presumed the following are all included, will be sold only once and hasen't being previously sold. Anything which isn't included must be mentioned. domain, script, all skins and themes, full current database if any and full rights to everything. Proof of traffic and revenue if any must be provided as outlined below. Any existing commitments or debt that will transfer such as advertising or hosting must also be stated.
In the case of large sites or custom scripts please state any hosting which is included and for how long it's provided as well as relevant server or legal requirements.
Selling of Services
Only Services in relation to web sites in general may be sold. examples include but not limited to: GFX artist, coder, SEO services, Uploading, Site Management, hired help, etc.
It is the sellers discretion if they wish to provide demos, samples, portfolio, past experiences, references etc. which will aid in the sale of their service. If the seller doesn't mention review copies are available then please do not reply asking for them. People who receive a review copy and do not write a review for other members based on their experience may receive disciplinary action.
Selling of Goods
Only goods in relation to web sites in general may be sold. The seller must have full rights and permission to sell the item in question. In certain cases proof may have to be provided to prove these re-sell rights. examples include but not limited to are: templates, scripts, themes, applications, ebooks or tutorials written by the seller and not third parties, custom gfx banners, avatars and icon pacts,
The number of goods being sold if applicable.
Selling Advertising Space
You can only sell advert space on web sites. The size, price, color, animation details in the case of animated images, location, duration of the advert and start date if not immediate must be posted. Proof of traffic must be provided as outlined below when available.
Price
You can sell either for a predefined price or offer or have an auction where you can indicate the starting price and a 'Buy it Now' price (from here on referred to as BIN). If someone offers the BIN price the sale is finished and the seller may not request higher prices or increase the BIN. The BIN price can be increased at any point during a sale so long as it has not being offered. The seller has the right to chose the starting price and reduce it if no offers are made.
If no ending time is given for the auction it's presumed to last for the duration of one week and no more from the topic date.
Sellers are not allowed to have auctions with the intention of gaining a value for their sale item. Sellers can put a reserve price on an auction. The reserve price must either be displayed in the first topic or PM'ed to a staff member within 30 minutes of the posting of the sales topic.
Topic Titles
Titles to all topics must be appropriate and not misleading. 'Buzz words' such as Cheapest, Best, Fastest etc or any uncecessary symbols or characters are not allowed. All titles in the Marketplace must use an appropriate prefix from the drop down list provided.
Fake Bids
Any member who is found to be bidding in an attempt to increase the final selling price for the seller may receive infractions and in certain cases a ban. This also applies to members who win bids but fail to continue with purchasing without a valid reason.
Members who continually win bids and fail to follow through with purchases may receive warnings and in certain cases a ban. This is to prevent bidding in order to gain higher selling prices for the seller.
Sellers who claim to receive a bid over private message or on another web site where it may also be for sale must provide proof to a staff member if requested to do so.
Replying to topics
Only people directly interested in trading may reply to topics. Any 'good luck', 'trusted seller', 'nice site/design' or other comments or personal opinions deemed unnecessary will be removed. Continued posting of such replies will result with a warning or infractions.
A maximum of five positive references from members who have former experience and are considered to have substantial valuable and relevant information will be added to the bottom of the first topic to avoid unnecessary replies and bumping of topics. Any further positive references will be removed and deleted.
As with other areas of the forum members are encouraged to use the report button for any topic or reply which they feel brakes these rules rather than attempting to 'mini mod' the situation.
Additional Proof
Screenshots of a recognized traffic counter such as AWStats, Google Analytics or other similar onsite counter showing proof of traffic must be provided. The traffic statics should be relevant and not older than one month. Online guides like Alexa or Compete are not to be used as a guide to traffic levels nor should any online money value guide be used as an indicator of revenue. Screenshots of Paypal or similar approved must be provided to confirm any revenue claims. For various income sources a brake down of these sources must be provided.
