Refresh the style templates, clear your cache and hard refresh your browser.

I have tried more than 5 times bt still same error

Try using a different browser mate, i don't see this thing on mine O.o

ctrl+shift+delete on firefox, delete the cache. Or use opera/safari/chrome to check if it still looks the same.

Try emulating the version of SMF that you were using when you installed it. Sometimes the mod author hardcodes the SMF version that the mod will uninstall with so SMF thinks it cannot uninstall it.

Failing that you can manually uninstall the mod. Manual uninstallation instructions can be found on the mods page on the mod site.
