3. PHP fix for Kloxo [special]
4. Installation of KDE desktop and VNC for remote desktop [does not work with all centos distributions]
5. Installing media players for KDE desktop [xine, mplayer, so on]
6. Installing rar and unrar, or just unrar
7. Installing proxy server with password protect feature.
8. Installing ffmpeg (for video streaming)
9. Installing lame (for audio streaming)
10. Installing Streaming server with stream control panel.
11. SSH security patch.
12. Custom order [may take longer then usual orders]

hehe i noticed it... lolx...

Add firewall config too and blocking shell access then people might hire you. They will do now also lolx.....

But +1 for providing such services

Could you by chance install zimbra onto a cpanel/whm server?
Most of the stuff you stated above could be done through yum, or maybe adding an rpm.
Not saying it isnt hard for new people, but for the price I think it is a good deal

Actually, some of it is a bit tricky to install... but yea, one or two is yum, and some are rpm however the configuration is the main bit, which most people don't know how to do, so offering free service for them.

Basically its for those who find MOST online tutorials dont work.
