WrzHost Review.. Again

Alright, so I should state that I was with them for about 8 months and have tried pretty much all of their services, so out of most people reviewing them I probably have the most experience. Let's go through the timeline:

Shared Hosting ($9/month) - Overall it was reliable offshore hosting, yes it did go down frequently for hours at a time, or maybe a day or two each month. But so do a lot of small hosting companies. Especially offshore. This wasn't really a bad thing, the bad part was the hosting server they put us on. They would randomly install something onto the server that would completely mess up my vbulletin installation, this happened a few times. We asked them to look into it, and after a few days they fixed it.. Keep in mind I said "a few days" for a growing site, those few days matter..
Now I know since I was paying so little for hosting, they didn't real care about me as a customer, so I decided to switch to a netherlands vps.

VPS: DON'T GET ONE... Just don't.. Takes long to set up, they forgot to send me all the info for the server. That node seemed to have a lot of downtime, memory usage was abnormally high, and the bandwidth they give at that time, was very little for the price we paid. There was many random problems, and support actually answered in 24 hours.. which is mediocre at best. One small example, the site was randomly going down, so I asked them to look into it.. a day later they get back to me "oh sorry, you'r vps seems to be outdated.. let's fix that" it was good to hear they sold me an outdated vps for the first few months. (When I say out dated, I really mean their configuration was old and needed to be reconfigured)
Alright, so my site was doing well, so we decided to go with a dedicated.

Dedicated: We got the 3ghz phenom quad with 4gb of ram It was heaven, worked fast, did everything, NEVER WENT DOWN! Setup took a while cuz they said "out of stock" but yeah, it was amazing. Till I realized I was paying $180 for a server & cpanel... I thought since I was paying so much, they might help me on the support side.. but no, usual 24-48 hour response times.. anyways, I decided I don't want to be broke after about 4 months with the server. I chose to move to the HK VPS (after forgetting the last vps)

HK VPS: HA! this is a funny story (not really, it's scarred me for life) I get it slow again.. connection speed sucks (but that's HK's fault) memory usage is at 80% with no sites live and just cpanel whm (I had 2gb of ram) so I put my main site live on it, and tada server crashes cuz of high memory usage. I go into ssh, check the actual memory usage.. it's at 8%.. something wrong with the whm I guess. I asked them to look into it, they didnt. I asked them to reformat it.. they said they're moving the server.. they didn't end up reformatting it, or even telling me the details of logging into the cp to reinstall the os..
Keep in mind, that month i spent $180 for the dedi, and $100 for the vps so I can have a smooth transfer..

So in the end, there was 7 day left on the dedi, so I frantically look for a new host. Found a legitimate DC in netherlands, bought from them. Saving $70 for almost the same server, fast ass set up, and smart tech support.

Ill end it off with support:
12-48 usual wait times, they never fix anything on the first reply, so expect to have a small conversation before getting anything done. I believe the main support guy is Jay, he's pretty good, he fixed most things eventually. I just feel bad for him because he probably deals with so many shitty webmasters 24/7, as I have yet to see another tech support guy. Overall, they are a company that's not randomly leaving overnight, or forgetting about their clients. But they make too much money to give a shit about any individual client.

lol does this host ever get positive reviews?im currently with warez-host but whenever i send support tickets i get a reply sometime in 5 min!i believe i would be mad if my host didnt reply me

Funny?!!!
My forum was offline for a week in NL shared hosting, after 1 month they suspended my forum without any notification owing to high resource usage and made me to move to HK shared server. After 2 weeks in HK my forum was down for 5 days owing to attack, is this funny?!

WrzHost = Worst Shared Hosting = Always Under Attack

Never go for wrzhost if you don't want to lose your visitor,just imagine what will happen to a forum after 1 week downtime!!!!
