not all OS's are perfect. look at XP... its got 3 SPs. when new technology comes out there has to be fixes to OSs. doesnt mean there was a flaw to the original OS

well from what i know service packs are released to fix security holes and bugs!if u see the change from xp to seven!u will know how xp was vulnerable to virus spywares trojan etc and how seven is more secured!nothing is perfect!people just try to make it reliable as far as possible!
