VPN Server and client for Windows XP

Does anyone know an easy configurable VPN server and client for windows XP?

I need a VPN server that allows custom ports in order to bypass net restrictions in school.

Ports opened:

CDDBP (8880/TCP)
DNS (53/UDP)
FTP(21/TCP)
HTTP(80/TCP)
HTTPS(443/TCP)
ICQ (5190/TCP)
LDAP (389/TCP)
MS Messenger (1863/TCP)
NTP (123/UDP)
PGP Keys (11369-11371/TCP)
POP3 (110/TCP)
RSYNC (873/TCP)
SIMAP(993/TCP)
SPOP3 (995/TCP)
SSHv1/v2 (22/TCP)
SSMTP(465/TCP)
Telnet (23/TCP)
WHOIS (43/TCP)

Windows default VPN server does not have a selection to use a custom port (at least that I am aware of). I also tried OpenVPN but I found it a bit hard to configure.

Solutions are welcome
