Give it a try and if dispute opens, that amount will be held by PP and deducted from his acc, in most cases the hosts refunds the amount themselves as otherwise many times PP limits the acc in tht issue and bugs too much

CPU Load always on 100%. rar/unrar too slow. Downloading speed just ok on 100mb port But worse Uploading on RL i ever seen. 200/300 kbps. max 450kbps UP speed on RS/HF/FS.. my home connection has this speed. Fuck
i ask for refund but he not refund me Now. i just bought today some hours before.

Apparently everything he promised was working. But the OP is disappointed with the upload speeds which is not a fault of the supplier.

As he says he provides 24hour refunds, the OP had to test the account and see if it was satisfactory to him. If not, ask for a refund within 24 hours.
