I filled a support ticket with them on Sunday and haven't heard anything since then. Why do they take so long to respond?

I couldn't even sent a support ticket now, their site is down. My site is down.

They're under a severe DDOS attack and their site is also under attack. This is seriously messed up. I lost my PR and my Alexa Rankings. And my active members.

They are always under attack, after this I'mma change host. =_="

LOL, WRZHost owns KnownSRV? Since when? I don't remember I sold it? Am I missing something here?

Lul i agree with Zen, If you host there make backups daily ! But for better host id check out i my self, Servedome.com or With Storming
