Professional Coder - Good Pay

Hi,

First off, I'm not sure if I'm posting in the right section as I'm technically not hiring but I will want to know who can do it because I can possibly hire you (hope that makes sense).

Okay, a client contacted me and wanted my company to design and develop a site like such (http://www.ratemyprofessors.com). Not the same look, but the same features. I was wondering if there is any skilled coder out there that might be able to help me.

It's basically a rating site, so i will need a rating system built, a user system built and be able to submit comments/ratings like you see on the site.

Please let me know, the pay will be really good (I will not discuss figures in this topic)
