I'm quite busy with the site itself...thats why I wanted to know who would be able to do it...but I guess I'll have to end up doing it myself..

Tbh the cost should not be high at all as you can do most of this with tools on the web

Compress css http://www.minifycss.com/css-compressor/
Compress javascript: http://javascriptcompressor.com/
Compress all images at once http://www.smushit.com/ysmush.it/

Just doing them should get it up
