What is best wordpress desktop publishing software?

Hi there,

I'm recently managing some site using wordpress , and there are so many posts up daily by my member. But those articles which are temporarily placed in the draft section to review before publish. It was pretty tired when I have to browse each page in wp_admin So, are there any recommend software, tools that can help me I have tried Windows Live Writer, Blogjet... but it good for write new article and not for manage posted content Help me plz

i think you can make it so they get auto approve in your WP admin panel

pukax you can make the user an author so that the new posts will be published immediately after posting.

Go to users in the admin panel and select the users to make them authors.

IMO, you should use User Role Editor

With this plugin, your member can publish their post immediately, and you can control what is allowed and not allowed for them

Don't take a review one by one, just ban them whenever they brake the rules
