if you dont know too much about it, contact a staff member of the hosting provider and ask them to do it for you, just provide them a copy of the db.

i can solve this problem in 2 minute.
u just need to edit 1 file.
i also used to ha dthis problem of uploading
but after that i uploaded 780mb database without bigdump or mysqldumper
this is too easy.
are u on shared or vps?
