I am looking for a good designer, who is willing to work on a project for a website.

This website should be like the below:

1. Front Page with Flash
2. Other pages looking calm and nice

Examples of website that i want it nearly something like is

Anyone interested can post here, how long they could take to make the website, i will provide you with the logo and the other pictures that you will require with all information.

To be honest, I don't know who would do this project for only AT min $200. And your asking for flash...that's like doubling your price.

Now I haven't really gone into flash in my web design work (webdkr.com), but in my opinion the same features to make the site look as you say "flashy" can be achieved with jQuery (you can browse the thousands of plugins they have) and now there is CSS3 and HTML5 which loads faster than flash.

If you are willing to not do flash anymore I could arrange a price for the whole project if you consider.

Well its just the first page that will have a small patch of flash, also flash is not necessary you can have moving images with jQUery that's fine.

I know the sites i have given are big but i need something like that
