Does this have anything to do with the number of Zoom connections?

Or did someone load a public torrent?

I don't think it's because of zoom, because someone who also has a server with 100tb/softlayer reported similar problems to me earlier.

Edit: I just upload from s07 to s09 via FTP and it's going at 400Mbps. The speeds are back, I guess! Check!
