Need a post generator

I am looking for a post generator application ( if available ) which can generate the post just similar to the ones installed in a few forums.

Looking for something like, if I put the details (like screens, title, main image etc ) in, I should get 2-3 different outputs with different buttons which I prefer, will be helpful while posting to different forums which has got their own buttons

Is there anything available of this kind ?
