Hi Hussie, I just spoke to the guy who owns the company, on his mobile, and he was not aware that there were problems. He said that he was not home, and could not check. I would have expected these guys to have their servers monitored for downtime, like I do for mine, where they send you an email and text to your mobile should there be a problem. Especially after that big problem with the hard drives failing last month, one would have expected them to have taken additional measures... Not good for business

Our network provider (Portlane) has been suffering from a *massive* DDoS attack this afternoon. This is out of our hands and is at the network level and the transit providers are mitigating the attack.

Other sites that were affected by this attack: waffles.fm stmusic.org supertorrents.org etc..

They are all hosted in the same DC as us. The network seems to be stable now.

Hey Luke, how many actually work for SwedeHost? I mean, is there more than one person? Also, would it not be a good thing to have your servers monitored by these companies, like http://site24x7.com/index.html who would send you and email and text when they go down? When I called you on your mobile, you did not know the status of your servers!

My website got suspended because i was on vacation so i didn't pay so i email them to unsupend so i can pay and 2 working days + 2 holiday days is gone and no reply i have no idea what is happening to them.. not good .(

i moved because they banned my IP ( i know oke )
and i emailed them to ask for a unban but no answer.
