did you transfer the extracted files or the archive? there use to be an issue with files getting corrupt.

I guess u have to put it manually at config first thn zip the content & upload it on server

Yes sBorg doesn't have this issue .

And delete everything in files folder, also check your accounts. Enable direct download option too.
