Cna I do this if I have VoIP Dedicated Server or VPS?
I am kinda of very confused about this VoIP stuff. If I buy a VoIP VPS or Server, do you I have to pay more fees beside the VPs' rentel fees if I want to call to a country which costs a lot?
What else do I need? I want to have a VoIP and call phone-2-phone without paying for it (of course, the VPS price is to be paid).
