Why not just buy cheap rapidleech hosting and put phpuoader on it ?

ive checked with rapidleech hosting providers and they dont want phpuploader. this server will be strictly for phpUploader. you will be able to install any version of it you want.

Don't go anything below 1GB RAM for each package. The rar/unrar binary are memory/cpu intensive. Other than that, good specs there. I could configure the server to run the script perfectly, if you want me to.
