Hotfile paypal area ?

I have a free hotfile account, and I want to earn something out of it.
But I can't see the place to enter paypal id anywhere.
Do I need to do anything to get that option?

Today is monday and you cant change payment option,hotfile disable it every sunday and monday and if you are a new signup then you have to go in affiliate section and click join affiliate link

I don't see any such join affiliate link in affiliate section ever... be it monday or saturday and whateverday

For security reasons they avoid it being changed only on sunday and monday , rest days you can .. though you must be able to see the Payment info: (optional) option under "Edit Account"
