Well, let me help you. Most likely this is not hosted in the US but in Germany (or close to Germany).

If it would have been in the US, you couldn't get 9-10MBs from RS. More likely 4MBs.

That leaves me to conclude it's in Germany (or close by) and then 9-10MBs is not representative for a 1Gbs port. Speeds on a 1Gbit port should be 20-28MBs.

Final conclusion: This is NOT a 1Gbit port.

I had premium last week, i know downloads finished in 4-5 seconds for a 100 mb file.

It has been proven that your port is not 1Gbs as per your offer.
