to keep this short and simple I'm seeking to host a torrent tracker and "maybe a private torrent indexing website" not sure yet

vps should be located in a decent place where they know how to deal with cyber bullies "DMCA and friends"

since it will be just a tracker then it is 100% legal but yet you cant get this information through those DMCA agents so

250 mb diskspace
512 ram
unmetered 10mbit or greater "shared"

budget 1$ 2$ per vps since im not asking for much

P.S: if a host owns servers in more than one location please mention so I am interested in getting a bunch not only one

My Opinion - Sorry but, you wont get that for $1-$2, atleast $6 i'd prolly say, HDD Dosen't actually matter that much so that wouldn't reduce/make the deal higher, basicly, people don't really ask too much for HDD.

RAM - Actually that's where the price get's higher.

FYI - A new IP for your VPS would cost atleast $3 monthly.
