You need to talk with the a user called: RickyFS, don't know him here but he is active here at KWWHunction and i thought he owned fileserve!

I don't think he would be willing to talk about the "inside" as thats what makes him earn.

Well not to put you of but your going to need atleast $10 for a domain $100/500 for a script and design then you will need servers you can't just get one your going to need like 10 with atleast 1tb of hardrive space per server so your talking like $1000 for servers (a month) so unless you have the money no offense i wouldn't try to start one.

I am not a kid of 17 trying to start the "next best thing". Neither I've said that I am starting a host. I am 25 years old and own a company with 70 employees. I am sure I can manage one IF I WANT TO START IT. But I haven't said that I am starting something out yet.
