Well, get yourself a RL hosting, install RL script,go to cpanel (or use ftp), edit the accounts.php to enter your premium details (the hosts from which you gonna download ie ).
Now, add your upload details in Hosts>Upload>yourfilehost.php
Hit the auto transload button and enter your download links.
Once the download complete, you can hit the auto upload button and choose the hosts that you want to upload to and click on upload.
Before uploading, you can unrar, rar, rename files which are self explanatory (actually everything is self explanatory )

When i transload sometimes it stops at: Waiting timelock Please wait 1 seconds...

Error get captcha

Even am getting the Error get captcha for HF and error Couldn't connect to rapidshare.com at port 80 for RS files, please!! help me with this

If I'm not mistaken, hostgator blocks filehosting sites due to being abused in the past.

Yeah hostgator is definatly not the best option.
Try getting some small hosting package from someone on this forum and that will sort your issues.
