Hello dear Members.

2 months ago I paid fron an item on eBay.com a blackberry!

The seller sent the item to from USA to my coutry (Colombia), then the customs of my country received the item, took the blackberry out of the box, then closed again, put tape and sent it back to the seller (USA).

I contacted PayPal and seems to be nothing they can do, because I let pass more than 45 days since I made the payment

I never opened a dispute because the seller always told me to wait, that it was normal because it was a international shipment, anyway I never received anything.

I emailed eBay, contacted, and to be honest nothing happens, no money back, no new blackberry has been shipped.

I left a negative feedback for the seller, actually it was not too bad, I asked them to refound my money or reship the same item again to a forwarder I have in Miami.

They refused to move on until the negative feedback gets removed, but it can't be removed, there's no way, because they have to request it to eBay, not me, and they will not do that.

I contacted the seller http://myworld.ebay.com/wireovia

they ignore me almost all the times, and nothing goes on!
No money back, no phone!

Help me please guys, what can I do to get my money back?
