WRZhost.com WExplain.comI worked from 6am to 6am yesterday to get everything in order.
I had to send out a lot of mails about bills,reboots, etc... and you know it takes a bit of time before you get replies from datacenters so that's why I decided to do that first, without servers there are no clients and vice versa.
Today I decided to start with answering all support tickets so you can expect a reply within a couple of hours with a solution to your problem.
Clients can also expect a mass mail with more info and future plans.
Support will go through whmcs again and not through kayako so please if you had any tickets open on kayako just open a new one on whmcs at

You got to give me a bit more time than a day to sort things out.

just don't hire support staff, who argue too much with the clients.
wrzhost has not all of it rep, infact many don't even know what happened few days ago. and don't forget "Customer is the King "
