Uploaded.to's "crap" payout system

I recently started using Uploaded.to, I must say I was pretty impressed with its uploading speed, thats the sole reason why I continued using the same in spite of it having a very bad file manager

Earnings were going pretty badly but the what the hell, since the speed was awesome I thought of giving it a shot.

Their minimum payout was some 20 Euros, somehow I reached the goal , requested the payout and after some 8 days I got the payment in my paypal, BUT for some 16 euros and not 20 euros which I had earned.

I mailed them, and this is the reply I got :

Dear Customer,

we withdraw 19% of the outpayment amount since the launch of our affiliate program, as soon as the outpayment is ordered.
Using your credit for creating premium accounts is not affected from this term.
Otherwise we wouldn't be able to offer such a reward program worldwide and pay the highest rates around there.

First of all their earnings is slow as compared to HF/FS, and then this crap, on top of that they say they pay the highest rates around, man that made me laugh

Anyways, people using UL.to, BEWARE

And file storage time is only ~20days after last download even you have premium acc.

and all german sites takes 19&#37; from payout. It`s normal.
They are good but you have to have many downloads
and 30 € for 1k us downloads.
it`s far better than HF

I think it`s couse of their tax system
They are company in germany so they have to work by their law. Lots of german warez sites is using ut.to as their host.
