mysqldumper will do the trick for you. its a beasty script.

Here it is: On my CPanel database it shows that my db is of 32 mb. But when i download that db from CPanel Backup,vB maintainance and Phpmyadmin It shows only 22 mb. And when i used it on my local host it showed an error while importing(As it was not complete). Rating: 5
