    Default VPS usage so slow ?

    I using vps win sever xeon 2.53 ghz 8 core, ram 7gb .
    But why the usage is very low, ram using maximum just 1gb , rar/unrar last 10 mins for 1gb . Is it normal or just the seller cheating on me ?

    What type of CPU is your vps runing on, Virtual servers normally only have x amount of mhz allocated to it, Rar/Unrar Zip/Unzip will really lag virtual servers. Its a commen thing
