anyways this host have to many problems with IP's. And their system does not work properly.

sometimes IP is online, sometimes IP is offline. KVM errors,

I hate to post my complaint here, but i had no option, since your support is taking way too long to reply my tickets.

Can you please look into ticket# 199237

I had ordered Hardware RAID 10 and cpanel along with the server, i have also paid the respective invoices, but none of them has been installed on my server yet, its past two days. All i get is "Apologies for the delay, we are sorting out this issue".

I hope you look into it soon and do the needful.
