    No support in weekends,
    No support on Mondays,Tuesdays either?!

    This is getting ridiculous.. I have a ticket open for almost 72hours now, with high priority.
    There was stated that RapidSpeeds got themselves a crew to do support. I haven't seen much of them yet.

    I dont complain about no support in weekends. But I dont think I should accept no support at weekdays?
    I saw Craig was active on the forums at rapidspeeds the 15th. So it's not like he's 'busy'.

    levent0119 - £120 is for the Smallest pack. Although this price may be going up soon (Only slightly) due to us upgrading our bandwidth therefore being able to offer 500mbit - 1gbit gauranteed upload.

    This will happen within the next week or so and it will be stated on our website when it is available.

So it's not like he's 'busy'." - I am very busy, all of the time, if you only contact us on IRC you will see i am there most hours. IRC may be the best place to grab support, if there is no-one there when you come into the channel there will be someone replying to you within a few hours. People in the channel could also help you with any problems (non-staff) related.

    I want to buy 2+ servers from Rapidspeeds, but i see still Rapidspeeds badly support after 2 week.

    I will buy servers (2+ and more) for my VIP services from RapidSpeeds, cuz OVH's out going speeds its not enough for me since June 2010. But i saw very bad support:
    *I was send 2 mail - Any answers yet in 10 days

    The Coon - It is 1Gbit download and 200mbit upload gaurenteed although you may get higher that this.

    Yes you can use as much bandwidth as you want. No Caps. No Restrictions.
