If your server can deliver high upload speeds to Hotfile and Fileserve even if it is not in USA i'm ready to buy.

My requirement appear to be elaborated but it is just another normal specification like any other so don't just come to saying it's "20$" or so.. Price should be the same as other markters are providing.. I've tried eso's host a month back he has good service, but his tickets are not getting answered for queries that is the reason im asking here.!!
