win 7 network connections go empty and go back after restart!

hello. my computer constantly disconnects from the internet. after it disconnects, the network connections in the system tray go empty (no networks found), and after i restart the computer the connections are back. windows explorer also crashes constantly. what happens is, my pc sort of resets (without actually rebooting) as my previously closed run when windows start apps go running after these symptoms manifest, the theme also changes to windows 7 basic and then goes back to aero shortly after which. i was thinking this is a hardware problem because every time this happens, i hear the same sound (high pitch laser, beam-like sound w/c is normal for my pc) as the one i hear when i boot the pc up.

formatting is my last resort and im not even sure if it will fix the problem as i doubt whether it's a software problem or not.

btw my specs are 2 GB ram, dual core processor, 320 GB hd, 8600GT vcard and a gigabyte mainboard.

please help! any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

You need to update the drivers for your wireles card, or downgrade to an older driver.
If this is not working your wireless card is dead...

yeps like localhost said u should either update your drivers!and if im not wrong when rebooting press f8 u should get the option to repair windows which will fix corrupt dll and windows file!if not try to switch of your pc directly u should get it i guess
