and restart your server.

You dont set it on sBorg. You set it in your server's resolver.conf or similar file.

Erm... deleted php.ini? which one? I hope you mean the one inside your sborg folder... Anyway, i think its best you get a server expert to help you with this as you are not familier with linux server management.

I REALLY hope your filesonic password isn't "●●●●●●●●●●" cause thats what you have entered. I've told you NOT to copy paste and you still do, that too wrongly. Enter email and password properly and it'll work fine:
